PICKING UP YOUR TEEN DURING A SESSION
The following safety rules will apply: Only a parent may pick up a teen during RE. Parent must go directly to Viviana Lasher, CRE; for safety purposes only the CRE is allowed to remove a teen once the session begins. If, in the event of an emergency, you send someone else to pick up your teen, they must know a telephone number where you can be reached. This person must follow the same guidelines as previously stated. Your teen will not be released until the CRE has verified your wishes by a phone call.
DISCIPLINE POLICY
You will be contacted in the event of repeated misbehavior, and we will work together to resolve the issue.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
In the event of predicted severe weather, session cancellations will be sent via text thru Flock Note. In the event of severe weather during a session, we will remain in the Conference Room and will text you through Flock Note for pick-up instructions when weather conditions improve. In any event, if you as the parent feel that conditions are unsafe for you or your teen, please use your own discretion. Safety is our most important concern.
